Dark Chocolate 115g, ideally at least 70% cocoa
Coffee 3-4 tbsp
Valencian orange extract 1 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
White chocolate 75-100g
How to cook
Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Whisk in the salt, coffee and vanilla. Stir in the chocolate mixture and fold in the flour, before adding. Pour the mixture to a prepared tray, embedding white chocolate chunks. Bake for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool & then test your willpower.
